2023 Toyota Highlander is a right choice? Dear Toyota users, I bought a 2023 Toyota Highlander XLE (gas) five and a half months ago. The mileage is only about 2500 mil, and you can tell I don't drive it too much. My previous car was a 2008 Toyota Camry, and it broke down on the way to NY, where I live now.
Purchase a used Toyota from the dealership then be allowed to enter a wait list for a new Toyota on the condition you trade in the used Toyota you purchased toward the new one. Wondering if others are having similar issues purchasing new hybrid Toyotas. I was aware of the supply chain issues, but this is over 2 years since the pandemic.
Looking at a CPO Toyota Highlander 2021 AWD XSE at $39,000 (25k miles only) vs New Honda Pilot EX-L AWD 2025 at $45,000. Which to buy? Looking to keep this for 15 years and 150,000 miles+. Looking for any advice. Thinking to close something sooner. Thank you!
Toyota Highlander a good option? I thought about doing a 23' Traverse or even the 24 Telluride--but I keep reading negative things about those (Kia in general). Safety is a priority.

Almost no dealerships have a hybrid Highlander Limited on the lot. Luckily for me, somebody else posted on Reddit with a very similar question, and people replying there are confirming that the high demand is resulting in dealerships selling at minimum at MSRP.
Toyota has perfected their hybrids for over two decades and there's a reason why every hybrid they sell is the best selling with long waitlists. I strongly recommend a Highlander Hybrid.

Stop-start technology on G-Highlander? It seems like the Toyota (or maybe all hybrids) have start- technology that will turn the engine on/off whenever you stop at a light (or according to reviews a lot more often that that). This seems like something that would improve fuel efficiency and emissions marginally but also be hard on the starter.

I am purchasing a Grand Highlander. Either 2024 or 2025. I have found low mileage 2024 as well as new 2024 models. The prices are close. Not much of a discount in 2024 used, 2024 new and 2025. 53,000 for 2024, 57,000 for the new 2024 and 58,000 for 2025. Do y'all think 2024 should be much.

Looking to get a new used SUV in the next few months and was leaning heavily towards Toyota Highlander LE (2020-2022). (Not a fan of sunroof/moonroof option so LE is trim I'm sticking with). After reading a lot of threads, I've noticed a common trend being transmission issues after/around 65k miles. Anyone had any experience with this, whether you've had an issue or no issues at all.
