Hello all, Long time lurker here. Like many of you, I was dealing with the Hyundai Blue Link connection issue, and after doing some digging, I found a solution for those of you who have the upgraded infotainment system. I have a 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy, and this worked like a charm.
Bluelink launched on the 2012 Sonata and is currently available on most 2013 and newer Hyundai models. Vehicles later than 2013 that are not equipped with Bluelink include 2013 - 2017 Accent, 2013 Elantra sedan and 2013 Tucson.
Almost all including Hyundai have discontinued all services based on both 2G and 3G networks. It is my understanding that network operators such as Verizon have pulled the plug from the auto manufacturers' systems built on these old networks. My 2015 Hyundai Genesis (G80) lost Bluelink support on 1/1/23. I believe you'd need a 2019 or later to maintain Bluelink accessibility on Hyundai.

Well suffice it to say my first 800 miles in a Hyundai have not been impressive. Aside from the TPMS issue, more y the BlueLink isn't working. We went to drive to the airport today and what is on my phone app is from 6 days ago (fuel, location, etc) so despite updating manually in the app.
