I'm coming from the bmw world which reliability isn't the best either and looking for a new vehicle and found a 2015 genesis sedan with 112k miles for a good deal. Anyone have personal experiences with post 100k miles on their powertrains?

In my area I can get a 15-16 Genesis sedan with 25-40k miles for $20K and under. How reliable are the sedans for the 2015-2016 years? Are they prone to any issues? Really looking to get 150K trouble free miles out of one with good maintenance. Also is there any differences or changes for the model years 2015, 2016?

There is no 5.0L G80 in the RG3 chassis 2021 and up. But for the previous DH chassis there is a 5.0L Genesis sedan if that os what you are looking for. I personally owned a 2015 5.0 Ultimate before upgrading to my 2023 3.5TT G80. The 5.0 is a nice reliable vehicle throughout my approx 3 year ownership with it.
